Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by MayDone Appliance Repair (“MayDone” or “we” or “us”), including but not limited to appliance repair, installation, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreement a. When you engage our Services, an agreement is formed between MayDone and you, the customer. b. You agree to provide accurate information about your appliance and the services required. c. MayDone agrees to provide repair, installation, or related services in a professional and timely manner.

1. Service Scope a. MayDone provides appliance repair, installation, and related services as described on our website and agreed upon with the customer. b. The scope of services will be determined by the diagnosis made by our technicians.

1. Pricing and Payment a. The pricing for our services will be provided to you before the commencement of any work. b. Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. c. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers. d. In case additional repairs or parts are required, we will inform you of the updated pricing and obtain your approval before proceeding.

1. Warranty a. MayDone provides warranty coverage for both labor and replaced parts as follows: i. Regular Repair: Covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of service. ii. Sealed System Repair: Covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of service. b. The warranty only covers issues directly related to the repair or installation performed by MayDone. c. Any misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors causing damage may void the warranty.

1. Limitation of Liability a. MayDone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services. b. MayDone’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

1. Privacy and Data Protection a. MayDone is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Termination a. Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. b. In case of termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to the termination date.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of the Province of Ontario.

1. Amendments a. MayDone reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. b. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
