Vitali the technician who came to our home was professional and courteous and was quick to diagnose the problem.

With the parts being backordered from the original manufacturer, Maydone went above and beyond to source the parts and they  were able to make the repairs quickly.

Vitali completed the repair and the stove is working again

I contacted Maydone to inspect an Induction oven in my home that was giving off a burnt electrical smell, which was freaking me out understandably. They responded quickly and had a tech come out the next day. Igor, I believe. He was fantastic. Very friendly, super informative, and helped us make the best decision. I would undoubtedly call them again, I mean I hope we won't need to, but if we do, for sure I will call the company again. Highly recommended.
